BONSAK is a tattoo event that aims to introduce Khmer traditional artistry with Western tattoo styles, featuring a diverse group of artists and gurus from both traditions.

Conceptually, the typography draws inspiration from Khmer traditional hand lettering and gothic styles commonly associated with western tattoo design. This fusion resulted in a distinctive typographic lettering.
